Fann Direct is a social network of Friends, Acquaintances, and Neighbors Nearby that connects users with various Service Providers, such as mechanics, dentists, lawyers, etc., who share the same friends and/or family. When in need of a service, most consumers use an internet search engine to find a random business in their area, leaving the consumer feeling uneasy about the quality and trustworthiness of this unknown business. Now, with Fann Direct, the user can search for a Service Provider or business within their reliable network of friends, or what we call “fanns”, and friends-of-friends. The consumer will then have a connection with this business and more confidence choosing the right person for the job. Fann Direct will also provide customer ratings, reviews, and pictures of the service provider’s work to ensure quality and satisfaction. Service providers will have the ability to post promotions and in-app appointment booking to attract customers with ease. Users and Service Providers can post on a social feed to talk to friends or seek jobs. Fann Direct’s search feature allows the user to look up friends, types of services, and business names to easily find who they’re looking for.
